How I Facilitate
Nearly 30 years of facilitation experience, including more than two decades with MindMove since 2003. I guide the day with structure and a focus on results, while making space for what is left unsaid and what is happening beneath the surface. I make what emerges in the room visible through sketches, visuals, and mind maps. Participants leave with more than written notes: they take away images that often stay with them long after the workshop. Clarity of roles is essential to my work. When I facilitate a workshop for a team, I don't simultaneously coach individual members of that same team. This ensures that everyone knows where I stand and what they can expect from me.
